• Returns are accepted only in case of damaged products.

• Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear Parcel Opening Video of the product and packaging.

• If you receive a parcel with any missing product(s), Damage Or Any issue , please ensure you have a parcel opening video as proof.
  Claims without video proof will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
